The Z was repaired and it’s costs were significantly more then the estimates… It took almost 800$ to fix. All cars are running now. I also picked up a Mercedes 240D and it’s currently getting tricked out. I’ll modify this post with more detail later… I am writing an interface for those interested in posting comments to dosmage.com as well. I’ve also made much work to the photo archives. I am updating the menu on the side to include a link to that. I am out, late.

Cold Air Intake
Monday, David helped me install a cold air intake in to my Sentra. The machine sounds gnarly now compared to what it sounded like before. I’ve noticed improvement in my high end. Next I am going to install headers and a cat back system on it. Those upgrades will run in to the upper 800$s.
Car Troubles x6
It seems the coolant in the Z became hot enough to boil and blew off the radiator cap and sheared the connecting assembly. That’s sad an unfortunate. Estimated repairs are 400$.
Car Troubles v.5
Okay get this! For the first time since I bought my car, back in October of 2004, I had a problem were the car was unreliable! Go figure! Just yesterday, on the 14th of August, my Sentra completely died AGAIN! The problem with the Sentra was the battery died after three years. Shelled out another seventy dollars on it… So the Sentra is running again, but anyway back to the Z at hand. The Z did the same thing tonight. I went to turn the key and the machine made a frizzle noise and completely died. All the power turned off. It turned out to be a loose battery cable. I purchased a plier from the Ralph’s, tightened it, and went about my business.

So the entire problem the entire time was entirely the alarm. The dealer added alarm became faulty and on Monday went out completely… There went another 100$ down the drain…
