Yea, we went to Anime Expo this year.  I have never been but all I can say is DAMN it was fun.  There was much to see and not much time to do that in.  The key events was the Kotoko concert which was really awesome, the Geneon Festival which got us a sneak peak to the new Hellsing OVA, the Maaya Sakamoto concert was really awesome, and nothing could possibly beat closing ceremonies!  A lot of pictures were taken.  I will post them here http://www.dosmage.com/pictures/ax2005.  Make sure you are using Firefox or if you have to use IE turn off Internet Friendly Errors…  If you don’t…  You’ll get a generic Microsoft 404 page…  Have fun!

I was writing the links to this page, which display on the left… When I went to add Google’s logo I realized that’s not giving them enough credit making them black and green and whatnot… So I decided to use my powers of PHP to automatically fetch their logo, make it transparent to work with my black back ground, and then display it to the viewers. Eventually I have done this. There is some code I want to change to get the colors just perfect. Anyway… Enough of that… To any Google employee out there who is offended by it, sorry… It just makes your logo look better on my web page…

Our search ended after 7 days.  Gizmo is now with God…  I am going to have an autopsy done to try to find out what happened…

I saw Star Wars Episode III recently.  The movie was really good up until the end.  I want to believe that George Lucas simply ran out of resources and story.  Franken-Vader was pretty lame.  I fairly certain there is more to the story.  Although Padme may have “…  still sense good…” in Anakin but I didn’t sense anything good in the ending.

Star Wars fans are like the ultimate battered house wives.  Through episodes one and two they kept telling themselves that it will be different this time.
